1. Copy of Photo ID

It needs to be a GOOD QUALITY, COLOUR COPY of your Proof of Identification.

This has to be a government issued ID with a photograph and your name on it such as a valid passport, national identification card, driving license or any other government issued ID.

Your photograph, personal details, signature, issue & expiry dates and ID number should all be clearly visible on the copy you upload.

2. Proof of Residence

The Proof of Residence that is NOT MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OLD.

This can be a driver’s license, utility bill (phone bill, cable TV bill etc), bank / credit card bill or statement.

Please remember that the bill should be dated within the last 6 months.

Your address on the bill should match the address you typed above in the “PERSONAL INFORMATION SECTION” on this application form.

Will any person other than Customer control, manage, or direct the trading on this account?

If you use a Money Manager to manage your account, please request an unique Power of Attorney Supplement document from your Money Manager.

Then fill up all details accordingly and sign as per your arrangement with your Money Manager and upload it now through this registration page or later in the member area.
