In order to make a deposit to FXPrimus MT4 via BitCoin, please follow the instructions specified here.

First, login to FXPrimus’s Client Portal and Go to “Fund Account”→”BitCoin”as below.

1. Enter the funding amount in USD (Minimum USD 100) in the form provided (left) and click the “Preview” button at the bottom of the page.

2. If the information displayed is correct please click on the “Confirm” button. An invoice will be generated with a QR code. Please scan the QR code with your preferred wallet (Copay, Mycelium (v2.5 or higher) or Breadwallet) and send the stated amount. For instructions on how to scan your QR code please contact FXPrimus support. (Copay QR Code Instructions, Mycelium QR Code Instructions, Breadwallet QR Code Instructions).

3. Your Bitcoin wallet scans the QR code, the application will automatically detect the amount you are going to send and your funds will be sent to Bitpay. If you are funding from the same device where your wallet is installed please click on the “Pay with Bitcoin” button. This will open your Bitcoin wallet application.

4. After your funds have been sent please wait about 5 to 10 seconds for your screen to refresh to show you your transaction status. Please do not close or exist the site or browser during this time.

5. Once the transaction has been process you can go to FXPrimus members area funding history section by clicking the link “Show my funding status” to review the transaction status. Initially the transaction status will be pending which means it is in the process of confirming. Please allow it takes at least 10 minutes to 1 hour to receive a confirmed status from Bitpay.

6. Once the transaction has received a “Confirmed” status your funds will be credited to your trading account within one business day.

*Any charges, fees, or penalties as a result of a failed, returned, or refunded third party transaction will be the respnsibility of the sender. FXPrimus will not be held liable for any of the previously stated charges. By proceeding with a transaction to FXPrimus you agree to these terms and conditions.

4 Things to be careful of

1. Should a withdrawal request be submitted, all bitpay deposit transactions will be refunded back to the originating source of funds. Bitpay withdrawals will be returned to the same exact bitpay wallet used to make the deposit to the trading account.
2. Please use the following links to get the bitcoins: BitStamp, Kraken, BTCe.
3. Please use Copay, Mycelium (v2.5 or higher) or Breadwallet as your bitcoin wallet as these are the only wallets at this time who fully support the newest Bitcoin payment protocol. Transactions from any other Bitcoin wallets will not be received or processed.
4. Please do not make more than one transaction per invoice. If you still see your transaction status as “Pending” within the 1 hour time period please email funding@fxprimus.com. The Funding Department will be able to provide further assistance.
