Please be informed that due to system disturbance on October 18th, MyFXMarkets’s trading server was down temporarily three times.

During the period of server down, it was unable to execute any trades.

The trading server was down during the following time frames.

October 18th, Tuesday, 2016 in MetaTrader4 server time.

From 15:42 to 16:35
From 16:47 to 16:52
From 17:13 to 7:17

Also the trading server was unable to be accessed from 00:00 to 00:30 on October 19th, Wednesday in the trading server time, as it was resetting the system to rectify the problems.

MyFXMarkets is currently investigating and reviewing the trading positions affected by this system error, and adjusting the errors if necessary.

All clients’ positions will be rectified and will be paid to their trading accounts for the adjusted amount. The adjustment will be completed within a few days.
