Terms and Conditions

The preconditions for participating in the Promotion:

• The Participant meets all the conditions set out in the definition of the term “Eligible Affiliate” above.
• There is no legal impediment to the law applicable to the “Eligible Affiliate” to take part in this promotion.

The format of the Promotion and the Draws:

• During the Promotion Period, an existing or new affiliate can participate in the draw by registering a valid email in promotion page.
• On January 4th, a raffle will take place at the Company offices in Cyprus under supervision of the commissioner.
• The winner will be picked from the set of Eligible affiliates.
• Each quota of 5 new first time depositors achieved by the affiliate’s referrals will be counted as one entry to the draw. An affiliate can have few entries, which statistically improve chances of win, according to number of new first time depositors calculated in quotas of 5 each.

Winning Conditions:

Each participant must meet three cumulative conditions for receiving the Prize:

• The participant conforms to the eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 2 above;
• His name is picked during the Draws as the winner in a specific Draw (“The Winner”);
• The Winner and the Winner Partner sign a Disclaimer and consent to the terms of promotion letter (Or approve the content of the Disclaimer and consent to the terms of promotion letter via Email).

Contact the winner, Taxes, publication and Limitations of The Prize:

• The Company and/or The Commissioner will notify the winner of his win by Email and / or phone call to the phone and email he provided when he registered for The Company services as set in the GT&Cs. It is The Winner’s responsibility to make himself available to the Company communications and to approve receiving the prize within two business days from the date of the draw. If the winner fails to reply within this time frame, the award will be voided. In this case the company will have the sole discretion to decide whether The Prize will be transferred to The Runner Up or The Third Winner.
• The Winner and The Winner Partner will sign a Disclaimer and consent to the terms of promotion letter.
• Winning the prize is personal and is non-transferable.
• Despite the above, it is hereby clarified that the Company shall be entitled at its sole discretion, agree to change the identity of the Winner, at the request of The Winner, on the conditions that will be set by the Company.
• Realization of the award is the sole responsibility of The Winner.
• The winner shall bear and pay any tax associated with the prize. The Company may transfer to the tax authorities, if required by law, the details of The Winner. In any case, The Company will not bear any tax paid in connection with winning.
• The Company shall be entitled to publish the name and photograph of The Winner and The Winner Partner, and it will be entitled to use the winner’s name, picture and any other identifier of him at no compensation, including television and the Internet, without limitation. The Winner gives the Company the full consent for such publication.
• Winner cannot convert, replace and / or change The Prize in any way.
• The Company reserves the right not to award The Winner The Prize if it found that the Winner won the Draw fraudulently and / or in bad faith and / or not according to this Terms of Use.

Exercise of The Prize:

• The Winner will receive 10 days’ notice of the date of the planned flight to Madrid. The Winner will confirm his arrival to the flight within 24 hours of receipt of the notification. If The Winner does not approve the date and / or does not respond within 24 hours upon the notification receipt, The Prize will be pass to the Runner Up.
• The Runner Up will receive 9 days’ notice of the date of the planned flight to Madrid. The Runner Up will confirm his arrival to the flight within 24 hours of receipt of the notification. If The Runner Up does not approve the date and / or does not respond within 24 hours of notification, The Prize will pass to the Third Place Winner.
• The Third Winner will receive 8 days’ notice of the date of the planned flight to Madrid. The Third Winner will confirm his arrival to the flight within 24 hours of receipt of the notification. If The Third Winner does not approve the date and / or does not respond within 24 hours of notification, The Prize will be revoked and The Company will have the right to make any use of The Prize at its sole discretion, including transfer of it to any third party.
• As required, The Winner may be contacted directly by service providers and / or send the Company a photocopy of his passport and that of The Winner Partner passport.
• The flight to Madrid will be taken from any International airport of London.
• The award may be exercised only for the La-Liga” game taken place on January 22nd in Madrid.
