XM has set the stop out level to 20%.

Stop out is triggered when your account equity drops below 20% of the margin needed to maintain your open positions, and all positions will be liquidated(closed).

Margin call % is 50% where you receive the notification before stop out.

After the liquidation caused by ‘Stop Out’, your account balance could go below 0.

In this case, XM will fix the account balance to 0, as the broker supports NBP(Negative Balance Protection).
