IronFX had been a topic of conversation since a few years ago.

It all started with several groups of Chinese arbitrage traders, and “withdrawal delays” on their requests by IronFX.

There weren’t other problems before, but the above issue has also caused “larger number of withdrawal requests by traders” and it delayed other traders’ withdrawal processes even more.

And after official investigation by CySEC(the main regulatory authority of IronFX), the regulator has decided to settle the issue with “some cost”, although which wasn’t a “fine”.

So the result is “IronFX has not done anything illegal.”

What is IronFX’s “NOW”?

After the settlement with CySEC, IronFX has been providing investment services to retail traders as normal just like before.

The withdrawal processes are still delayed for all traders. Sometimes a withdrawal might take weeks or more to be processed.

Although the delays of withdrawals, it is the case for clients of “IronFX under CySEC”, but not “IronFX under UK FCA“.

In 2016, there was an announcement by IronFX, that it is going to go through a merger with FXDD, another Forex brokers with long history.

But for now, the process is not yet completed, and only some subsidiary companies have gone under Nukkleus Inc(the name of the new company after the merger) already.

So the answer for many investors, would be “IronFX is continuing to provide services as before”.
