Russian Financial Market to be closed on Defender of the Fatherland Day.
Please note that due to the Russian National Holiday “Defender of the Fatherland Day” on February 23rd, 2017, there will be several financial instruments unavailable for trading for the day.
On IFC Markets MT4, the affected symbol is only RBU pairs.
