Beware of viruses
Intruders may use viruses to steal your personal details.
To prevent this:
- Regularly use and update anti-virus software on your computer.
- Regularly check for updates of the operational system and browser to make sure that your anti-virus software is active.
- Use official software, do not install unknown or cracked programs.
- Do not open e-mails or hyperlinks from senders unknown to you.
Beware of phishing (e-mail scam)
Phishing is a type of Internet scam aimed at obtaining access to users’ personal details – logins and passwords.
This is done by sending out mass mailings on behalf of well-known companies, and by personal messages within different services, for instance, on behalf of banks or e-mail services, as well as within social networks, via Skype, etc.
Such messages often contain a link to a website that appears identical to a popular online resource, or to a website containing malicious software.
If someone attempts to find out your personal details (login and password), Forex Club suggests that you go to the company’s website fxclub-global.com immediately and change your personal password to My FXBank.
Be aware! NEVER communicate your registration details to anyone under any circumstances.
