If you have forgotten the password, you will need to recover it at the login page of Personal Area.

If you are able to login to the Personal Area and want to update/change the password, you can do that in the Personal Area.

To change the password for the Personal Area, please follow the instruction below.

1. Login to the FBS Personal Area

If you have forgotten the password and unable to login to your Personal Area, please skip this step and go to the page below.

2. Go to Personal Area Password

Please click on the box right next to your name in the Personal Area, and you will see the option.

3. Change the password

Type in your current password and the new password twice and click on “Change Password”.

If you have forgotten the password for the Personal Area, and you cannot login to it, you need to recover the password.

The password recovering process is very simple, please follow the instruction below.

1. Go to the login page of the Personal Area and click on “I forgot my password”

2. Enter the email address you have registered with FBS and “Get a verification code”

You will receive a automatic email from FBS with the verification code in it.

3. Type in the verification code and create the new password

Copy and paste the verification code in the webpage, and set up the new password and click “Change Password”.

All done, you have succeeded to change the password.
