If you have forgotten your “PIN code”, you will need to login to FBS’s Personal Area and send a request to reset it.

To do that, please follow the instructions below.

1. Login to FBS’s Personal Area

2. Go to “PIN-code recovery” section as below.

3. Then, fulfill the blanks with the information you have provided to FBS at the account opening.
4. And, attach color copies of the documents that you used for account verification and click “Send request” button.

Now FBS’s compliance team will review your request within 24 hours to confirm that the request has been sent by yourself.

After confirmation form FBS, you will receive an email from FBS with a “recovery link” in it.

The page with your new PIN-code will be available for 24 hours only. We strongly recommend you to remember or save your new PIN-code in a secure place.
