You can recover or reset your password of FBS’s Personal area as long as you know the “Email Address” of yours.

Please follow the instructions below to reset the password.

1. Go to the Login page of FBS’s Personal Area.
2. Click on “I forgot my password” link as below.

3. Enter the E-mail address you used at registration in the field below.

4. Now, click the button “Get a Verification Code” and wait for an E-mail or sms with a confirmation code.
5. Enter the “Code” you received in the next page.

Now you are allowed to setup a new password for your personal area.
