If you have forgotten the password for your “Live Accounts” on both MT4 and MT5, you can reset it from FBS’s Personal Area(Client Portal).

Please follow the instructions below.

1. Login to FBS’s Personal Area.
2. Click on the “Account Number” which you like to reset the password on the left side of the screen.
3. At the bottom, click on “Create New” next to “Forgot your trading password for this account?.

 

You can also change passwords of MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 trading accounts, on each trading platform directly.

To do that, please go to “Options”→”Server”→”Change” on the below screen.
