In order to make an “Internal Transfer” between your MT4 trading accounts of IronFX, please login to IronFX’s Client Portal and go to “Internal Transfers” section as below.

The Client acknowledges that when the account balance is less than $5 or in any other equivalent currency, then the Client will not be eligible to make any internal transfer.

Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that for technical matters when he requests for an internal transfer(s) he must at all times specify an integer amount (i.e. no decimals) as otherwise, the Company will not approve and/or execute any internal transfer(s), as per the below examples:

Example A – Balance: $1,980.25; then eligible to make an internal transfer of $1,980.00
Example B – Balance: $1,980.95; then eligible to make an internal transfer of $1,980.00
