TTCM is incorporated under the laws of Vanuatu, and is registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (“VFSC”) under Company number 40292.

TTCM is regulated under the Dealers in Securities (Licensing) Act (CAP.70) as a Principal by the VFSC.

TTCM operates in accordance with the Dealer in Securities Act of Vanuatu has been amended on 16 June 2017 and the Act on International Companies of Vanuatu.
