Terms and Conditions

The VIP promotion involves following Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understand the conditions below.

1. VIP status can be obtained by any client registered as the IB of the company and completed the verification procedure.
2. The VIP status program is not limited in time, there is no additional registration required.
3. Each IB automatically participates in the first round of the program once opening the IB account with the company.
4. To be able to pull request for the VIP status, the IB must fulfill the following conditions:
   ・the total number of active traders is equal or exceeds 70. Active trader is the client brought by the IB and who conducted at least one trade for which IB received the partner remuneration;
   ・the total turnover of the attracted clients (deposit minus withdrawal) is equal or exceeds 50 000 USD;
   ・the total order volume is equal or exceeds 700 lots.
5. Once the conditions mentioned in the clause 4 are met, the IB can send the request for the VIP status granting.
6. It is necessary to confirm the title within 1 (one) calendar year starting from the moment of the request pulling. To confirm the title, the IB is to complete
7. the same conditions mentioned in the clause 4 of the present rules.
8. Only the activity made within the calendar year will be considered for conditions fulfillment.
9. The IB becomes the company VIP partner after the status confirmation. The status is granted forever. It is indicated by a special icon in the Back Office next to the name of the partner. The VIP status cannot be transferred to another IB of the company.
10. Company reserves the right to change or cancel any of the promotion conditions or terminate their action completely any time.
