CySEC's new Regulation Guidelines for Affiliate activities introduced this July, 2017

Recently CySEC has introduced new regulations on circular C217 regarding Forex trading and the ways affiliates should promote Forex brokers.
Below you can find the main guidelines:
- The affiliate should be checked if he has obtained any authorization required or is registered in his jurisdiction to perform such activity, if required.
- The marketing material should be clear, fair and nor misleading, can’t be modified by affiliate or can be done only with written permission of the broker.
- The whole activity of affiliates should be closely monitored by the broker.
- In case an Affiliate is acting outside the scope of the singed agreement, the broker should cease the cooperation.
Please make sure you the information that you provide to potential clients regarding FXGlobe and all the offerings is accurate and compliant according to CySEC guideline.

- In addition all the partners should verify their affiliate accounts by uploading the KYC documents: copy of ID & recent utility bill. It could be done directly from the affiliate account.
