XM has introduced trading of Bitcoin(BTCUSD) in September 2017, and it is available only on XM MT5 but not on MT4 platform.

If you wish to trade Bitcoin with XM, then you need to open MT5 accounts from the official website.

You can open MT5 accounts whenever you want, even if you already have MT4 accounts with the broker.

If you don’t see the symbol BTCUSD on XM MT5, please right click in “Market Watch” window and go to select “Show All” as below.
