LMFX uses MT4 as the main platform

LMFX offers MT4 as a trading platform to its traders.

MT4 is the most popular trading platform in the world and LMFX offers MT4 for

• Windows PC
• Android
• iOS(iPad, iPhone)
• Web terminal

LMFX does not offer MT4 for MAC though, traders are recommended to trade with devices other than MAC PC as the MT4 itself is not sometimes compatible with MAC.

We have been notified that this causes some errors or malfunctions, you may want to use Windows instead of MAC if possible.

LMFX is a STP broker but not OTC

LMFX is a complete STP model and does not take counter positions to the orders of its clients.

This means that there is no conflict of interest between traders and LMFX.

Some brokers act as a broker and also a Market Maker, and that causes some restrictions on trader’s side.

But as LMFX is a broker, there is no:

• Profit cancellation when withdraw(at least no one has ever heard of) as the broker tries to cover its losses or
• Restrictions on the trading methods in the trading platform(MT4)

Maximum Leverage is 1:1000

LMFX offers up to 1:1000 leverage to its traders, but is not for all account types or all financial instruments.

In terms of the account types, only the Premium account is eligible to use up to 1:1000 leverage but not others.

Also the maximum leverage can be used only for Forex trading, but not other financial instruments like commodities, Energies, Precious Metals and Index and Stock CFDs.

For these symbols, fixed margins will be required for trading.
