I can't log into my MT4 account on my phone, why? Which server name should I choose?

Please follow these steps to log into your account on your mobile phone:

Choose ‘Login to an existing account’ on the New Account page.
Enter ‘TitanFX’ on the Servers page.
Choose ‘TitanFX-01’ to log into your Live account.

If the TitanFX-01 or TitanFX-Demo01 options do not show up on the server page, please un-install and re-install the app.

Receiving “Invalid Account” message?

The message ‘Invalid account‘ appears when the login or password information is incorrect.

Please make sure that your login, password and server address are correct. Alternatively contact the Support Team using the live chat available at the bottom right of this page.

Demo accounts usually expire after 30 days. If you have a live account, they can set up non-expiry demo account. Please contact Support Team with your Live account.
