Question: How do I reset my MT4 password and Client Cabinet password?
You can change your password on MT4 or the client cabinet.
Change your password on MT4
- Open Tools – Options within MT4, and click on the Server tab
- Click Change Password to set a new password
On the client cabinet
- Log into your client cabinet and reset your password by clicking the Reset Password button next to each trading account
To change the password for your Client Cabinet, please access the reset password form.
Enter your registered email to confirm your identity and a password reset email will be sent to you.
To change the email address registered, please send and email to the Support Team with your old email address and the new one, attaching your photo ID to verify your identity.
