FXTM has updated Policy Statement & Client Agreement
Important Notice: Amendments to current FXTM agreements and Policy Statement.
Please be informed that you will see updates to some sections and paragraphs in the agreements specified below, which you may have already accepted with FXTM.
We strongly encourage you to review the noted changes by carefully reading the new content in the respective agreements.
Client Agreement
The following sections have been updated:
- New paragraphs, 9.10 and 9.11.
9.10. In case the Client performs a withdrawal request without any trading activity from the last deposit made, or if any other form of abuse is found, FXTM reserves the right to:
a) charge the Client the equivalent amount of any deposit fees incurred, or
b) 3% of the total withdrawal amount.
The Client will be notified via email about the processed withdrawal request and any applied charges
9.11. In case the Client does not have any trading activity on all Clients Trading Accounts for a period equal to 6 (Six) consecutive calendar months or more starting from last Clients trading activity, FXTM on a monthly basis will charge the Client an amount of 5 EUR/USD/GBP or NGN equivalent to USD per account, depending on Client’s Trading Account currency.
- Paragraph 21 amended as follows:
21. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
FXTM will only use the Client’s personal information as set out in FXTM’s Policy Statement.
- Paragraph 22 excluded:
- Addition in Appendix A: Interpretation of terms “Client”, “FXTM”, “Website” amended, term “FCA” excluded.
Please read the updated Client Agreement, to see the content of all the above-mentioned changes.
Kindly note that no further action is required on your part, as the changes are effective automatically.

GDPR – Changes come into effect on the 25th of May, 2018
The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on the 25th of May, 2018. In order to comply with the GDPR, FXTM has made updates to its Policy Statement, which is available here.
We encourage you to carefully review FXTM’s Policy Statement.
No further action is required on your part, as the changes will automatically take effect on the 25th of May, 2018.
Please note that if you have subscribed with FXTM prior to the 25th of May 2018, you will continue to receive their marketing communication.
