Local currencies BETA update

ePayments have added a bunch of new currencies to the local transfers BETA test. Cost per transfer: $3/€2.5.

Select the local currency you want when making a transfer.

Technical updates: Yandex.Money

On the 18th of October, 2018 from 9 p.m. till 11 p.m. GMT, payments to and from Yandex.Money might be unavailable due to technical updates.

Changes for mass payment operations

Starting from 15th of November 2018 CSV file format used for mass payments to ePayments e-Wallets will be changed.

What will be changed exactly? You do not have to convert the funds manually into receiver’s currency anymore.

The conversion will be made automatically while the funds are being sent by mass payment option.

SMS/PUSH payment confirmation – update your details now

Payment confirmation using payment password will be disabled from 1st October 2018.

SMS and PUSH notifications will then be used to confirm payments.

Check your settings to ensure your mobile number is up-to-date. Or, download the ePayments app and enable push.

ePayments cards – update

Mastercard is undertaking a wholesale renewal of chips.

This coincides with a review of our card programme with Mastercard.

As such, from 6th August ePayments will be unable to support this renewal and will no longer be able to reissue cards to existing customers should their card be compromised.
