Short Selling Ban – FR40 and ES35
This week European regulators banned all traders and market participants from selling certain European Indices and Index related products.
The restrictions include two products that Valutrades offers and are below.
Clients will not be able to sell either of the below products, and will not be able to do so for the below periods:

| France – Symbol “F40” | Cannot Sell for One Month |
| Spain – Symbol “ES35” | Cannot Sell for One Month |
Selling is no longer permitted on these instruments from 18:00 GMT (21:00 Server Time) 20th March 2020.
You will be able to close any existing orders, but you will not be able to open any new Sell orders.

ValuTrades may still provide pricing, but clients will not be able to open new Sell orders.
