FXPro’s price quotes

In the interests of accuracy, the majority of currency pairs are quoted to 5 decimal places.

This makes it easier for FXPro to tighten their spreads and offer more competitive prices to its clients.

All remaining currency pairs are quoted to 4 decimal places, with the exception of the Japanese yen, which is quoted to 3 decimal places.

So in this case, the unites for smallest number displayed which you can see is the “Points”. This “Points” are 10 times smaller than “Pips”.

So the 1 pip, the popular units for counting spread in Forex markets, is the second number from the right.

For your information, 1 pip difference in a price chart is around 10 dollars of difference of your profit/loss when you trade 1 lot(100,000 units).

That is the classic measure in Forex chart generally.

FXPro offers competitive spread to its traders and their normal average spreads are around 1 – 3 pips.

10 pips or more are monitored only when the market is extremely volatile.

If you are worried about whether you are provided with the competitive spread, find out by contacting FXPro official support team.
