You can withdraw funds by logging in to your FxPro Direct, where you should make a withdrawal request.

To do this, click on the green ‘Manage FxPro Vault’ button on the sidebar.

You will then be able to transfer funds between your Vault and your trading accounts, view your transaction history and make deposits or withdrawals to or from your Vault by clicking on the relevant link.

FXPro’s Client Accounting Department will receive your request and proceed within 1 working day.

Following policy applies for all withdrawals

If a withdrawal request is made within a 6-month period from the moment of deposit, Credit Card deposits must be withdrawn first, followed by PayPal deposits, followed by Skrill deposits.

Once all deposits made via the three aforementioned methods are refunded, you will be able to withdraw via any other method you wish.

The order of your withdrawal would be Credit/Debit Card→PayPal→Skrill.

You deposit methods will simply set limits to the methods of withdrawals.

Account Verification is one requirement

There is no general requirements for withdrawing your funds though, you must verify your personal information with documents before making any withdrawals.

You might have already done it when you have opened an account though, FXPro requires “ID” and “Proof of Address” to verify each client’s personal information provided.

FXPro Compliance team will review and approve the documents within 24 hours in business days.

You will not be able to withdraw profits if you cannot provide these documents to verify your information.

Also as FXPro is a regulated broker, you cannot transfer funds to any third parties.

Any fund transfers will be processed between accounts under the same name.

Fees for Withdrawals

There are no fees charged by FXPro for your fund withdrawals.

Following the rules set by FXPro, you can withdraw your funds at anytime for free.

Although if there is a fee charged from payment providers such as banks, Neteller etc, then the fees charged during the transfer will need to be covered by you.
