After the cancellation of a card, banks are obliged to allow limited transaction types to take place, including refunds.

FXPro transfers funds to your card as a refund of previous deposits.

You should therefore withdraw funds to the card you used to deposit, even if this card has been cancelled.

You can expect to receive these funds to your new card that is connected to the same account as the previous, cancelled card.

So in this case, FXPro will process withdrawals as processing refund to your previous card up to the amount you have deposited within the last 6 months.

You are also recommended to contact your card company to find out how it is going to be processed in case of refund.

If you don’t prefer to withdraw your funds to your credit/debit card but like to use other methods, then you will just need to wait 6 months from the last card deposit.

Then you will be allowed to withdraw your funds through different methods.

In case the card is completely disabled

If you have lost the card that you used to deposit funds and the account that the card was connected to is still active, you should make a withdrawal request using the old card number for the funds to be transferred to your card/checking account.

If, however, the bank account that your card was connected to has been closed, you should send an official letter to the account department, stating that the account to which your card was connected has been closed.

Following certain procedures, you will be able to withdraw funds using a different payment method.

Or as mentioned above already, you can also wait for 6 months and process your fund withdrawal via different methods.
