Question: How much are the fees/commissions on FXPro's MT4, MT5 and cTrader platforms?
There is no commission fee for opening and closing positions on the MT4 and MT5 platforms, and FxPro applies a small mark-up to the spread.
What is this “Mark-up”?
Mark-up spread is where your broker is making profits by offering its financial services.
Every broker adds this “Mark-Up” Spread unless the company has another way to make profits.
In case of FXPro, the broker has added Mark-up spread to all account types.
For your information, FXPro is only making profits from the “Mark-up” Spread and that is why the company is not able to offer 0.0 pip spread like some market maker brokers.
You either pay for a few dollars of mark up on every 1 lot of transaction or have a number of restrictions on trading platforms with 0 pip spread.
This is one of the reason why FXPro has been active for 10 years and there is a number of positive reviews on this broker.
cTrader with $4.5 per lot commissions
Although you will not be charged any extra commissions in MT4 or MT5 account, FXPro charges 4.5 USD per 1 standard lot transactions in cTrader.
The commissions in the case will be charged on both direction. Meaning that you will be charged when you open a positions and close a positions.
For example
If you are opening one lot of EUR/USD in FXPro cTrader account, then you will be charged $4.5 when you open the position, and another $4.5 when you close the position. So the total commission in this case would be $9.
You can find the full trading conditions of all account types from the page here.
