Your account balance and trade history can be found in the ‘Trade Watch’ window at the bottom of your cTrader screen.

Positions tab

This displays your current balance, equity, margin, free margin, margin level and unrealised profit and loss.

“Unrealized Profit and Loss”, is the amount of profit/loss which has not been confirmed as the positions are still opened.

This “Positions Tab” would be a screen which you like to keep it opened at anytime, as it shows almost all current details of your trading account.

From here, you can also order new positions and close them as you wish.

History tab

This displays your complete order history, but no existing open positions are displayed.

You can check all information from here about closed positions including swap points, commissions, time etc.

If you believe there was a system error and your order is executed differently, then you may need to contact FXPro support team with details of the orders from here.

Daily & Monthly Confirmation e-mail

FXPro will also send report of all “Closed positions” daily and monthly.

The monthly confirmation e-mail would be sent you monthly though, the daily confirmation email would be sent to you if there is any closed position in that day.

FXPro also gives 24 hours of period to all traders to report if there is any wrong information registered in the report, otherwise you are deemed as confirming the numbers on the report.
