   2. The “Errante 50% Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions” (hereafter “50% Cashback”) are part of the Customer Agreement, and the provisions contained herein are considered as an appendix to the Customer Agreement.
2. Participation Conditions
   1. Without affecting any other terms and conditions of Errante customers, this offer is provided to Errante customers (hereafter “Eligible Customers”) who meet the eligibility conditions stated in this section.
   2. The 50% Cashback Promotion may be regularly conducted by Errante, and customers who have completed verification with Errante are eligible. This includes customers referred to Errante through certain websites or social networking sites, and may also be offered in connection with specific promotions or surveys conducted by Errante on these sites.
   3. The 50% Cashback Promotion may be offered to customers and/or countries or regions deemed appropriate by Errante, and may continue for periods deemed suitable by Errante. Also, Errante reserves the right to discontinue the offer to any customer at any time without needing to provide a reason.
   4. Only individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts may participate in the 50% Cashback Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals under the age of 18 or below the legal age in their country of residence (hereafter “Minors”).    5. To participate in the 50% Cashback Promotion, a minimum deposit of $50 (or equivalent) is required, and eligible customers must have completed verification with Errante.

If the registration information and/or trading data of a contest participant match those of other participants (including but not limited to IP addresses), Errante reserves the right to immediately disqualify that participant. The term “Brokers/Affiliates” in this provision refers to individuals or entities associated with the contest participants, including but not limited to:
      1. Family (siblings, spouses, ancestors, direct and indirect descendants).
      2. Moreover, the term “Brokers/Affiliates” refers to individuals or entities that directly or indirectly control, or are under common control with, the participant. The definition of “control” in this context means the ability to direct or determine the business policy of an individual or entity through ownership of voting securities or other means.
   7. Similarly, any person related to specific websites or social networking sites where Errante occasionally conducts promotions, contests, or surveys is prohibited from participating in the promotion. Even if access to the promotion is provided, they may not participate.
3. 50% Cashback Promotion Participation Conditions
   1. Customers who meet the conditions (hereafter “Eligible Customers”) can participate in the following 50% Cashback Promotion:
      1. This contest will be conducted from November 25, 2024 (Monday) to January 31, 2025 (Friday).
      2. A minimum deposit of $50 (or equivalent) is required in the trading account.
      3. A minimum trading volume of 5 lots is required in Forex, metals, energy, and Bitcoin (BTC) transactions.
      4. Each transaction must have a minimum holding time of 1 minute.
      5. Eligible customers must complete the verification process through the Client Portal.
      6. Transactions must be closed before the end of the campaign (midnight on January 31, 2025).
      7. Trading must be conducted only in Forex, metals, energy, and BTC.
      8. Trading platforms available are MT4, MT5, and cTrader.
   2. Errante reserves the right to verify a customer’s phone number and conduct a video call for verification before participating in the demo trading contest.
   3. All eligible customers are allowed to hold only one demo account per IP address for participation in the contest. Multiple registrations from the same IP address (even by different individuals) are not permitted, and multiple standard accounts registered with the same personal information are also prohibited from participating in the 50% Cashback Promotion.
   4. Cashback from the 50% Cashback Promotion can be withdrawn according to Errante’s withdrawal procedures.
4. General Terms
   1. Errante reserves the following rights at its reasonable discretion:
      1. The right to refuse participation in the 50% Cashback Promotion.
      2. The right to disqualify participants who attempt to interfere with the operation of the 50% Cashback Promotion or who violate the terms and conditions and the “Customer Agreement” described on the Errante website.
   2. Errante reserves the right to discontinue offering the 50% Cashback Promotion to any customer at any time without the obligation to provide a reason, at its reasonable discretion.
   3. Customers can discontinue their participation in the 50% Cashback Promotion at any time. Requests for discontinuation must be made through the Client Portal.
   4. Cashback is directly deposited into the customer’s wallet the following month, up to a maximum of 50% of the deposit amount.
   5. Cashback amounts are transferable between accounts but cannot be transferred to others.
   6. Cashback is granted at $2 per lot. To receive the maximum cashback, the following formula applies: $2 × 125 lots = 250USD.
   7. Errante reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the 50% Cashback Promotion or parts of it without prior notice. These changes will be posted on the Errante website. Customers participating in the 50% Cashback Promotion are advised to regularly review these terms and conditions. Participation in the 50% Cashback Promotion is considered as agreeing to these changes, modifications, or revisions.
   8. Errante, at its discretion, has the right to invalidate all trades and profits conducted in a live trading account of an eligible customer if there are signs or suspicions of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profits), scalping, misuse (trading or engaging in economic benefits without market or risk intent, e.g., leaving a single trade open), fraud, manipulation, arbitrage using cashback, or other fraudulent or fraudulent acts. In such cases, Errante has the right to temporarily or permanently close or suspend all trading accounts of the subject customer, cancel all orders, and invalidate all profits of the participant. Furthermore, Errante bears no liability for damages resulting from order cancellations (including but not limited to position closures due to stop-outs). Also, if there are signs or suspicions of arbitrage, misuse, inappropriate trading, fraud attempts, manipulation, trading strategies aiming for synthetic profits using multiple trading pairs (directional trading), or other fraudulent acts, Errante has the right to revoke previously granted trading bonuses to a customer’s trading account and invalidate related trades, profits, or losses. In such cases, Errante also reserves the right to exclude the customer from future bonuses or promotions. Rebates, cashbacks, or commissions resulting from suspicious trading activity are considered invalid for both parties.
   9. If an account becomes dormant, all trading bonuses granted to an eligible customer’s account are immediately revoked.
   10. Participation in the 50% Cashback Promotion implies agreement to the promotional conditions and customer conditions stated in Errante’s terms and conditions.
   11. The terms and conditions of the 50% Cashback Promotion are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Seychelles. Disputes or situations not covered in these terms and conditions are resolved by Errante in what it considers the fairest manner for all parties involved. The decision is final and binding, and no inquiry in writing or any other form will be made.
   12. If these terms and conditions are translated into languages other than English, in the event of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail as the official version and take precedence.
