When you process a credit card transaction and once you entered the card information the screen says ‘Please wait while we process your payment’ and it remained like that for a very long time.

It may be because some browsers tend to freeze on this screen.

In this case, you may exit out of the screen. Your transaction may show as pending for up to 24 hours.

Please do not make another attempt until the previous transactions shows as confirmed or declined.
