Why my account balance is zero on tradeview's trading platforms?

If you send a wire transfer, please allow 1-2 days for the funds to clear. The speed of deposit depends on the deposit methods you used.

In case you have transferred funds internationally via bank wire transfer, then it may take about 5 business days until you see the deposited amount in your Forex account.

In case you have used Credit/Debit Card, Neteller, Skrill or Uphold, then you will see the amount credited into your account instantly.

If you don’t see your funds credited into your Forex account for a while, please contact Tradeview with your transaction statement issued by your payment provider.

If Tradeview hasn’t received the fund, the broker cannot find out why the funds hasn’t arrived yet though, in this case you will need to contact your payment provider.

Third party payments will NOT be accepted. All deposits MUST be from the original account owner.

The trading platform’s denomination is in USD.

If you have opened multiple trading accounts with Tradeview, your fund can be credited or recorded in your client portal.
