If you are getting errors such as: Object reference not set to an instance of an object, NullReferenceException and other exceptions, you may need to take certain actions to resolve this issue.

First of all if you are getting exception errors please report them to iForex by pressing on the “report error” button in the exception window.

If your platform is unstable, we recommend cleaning internet temporarily files in the internet explorer along with assembly files.

1. To clean assembly files:
   • delete the dl2 folder and all temp folders from:
     C:\Documents and Settings\the folder of the working user\Local Settings\Application Data\assembly.
2. To clean internet temporarily files:
   • go to Tools->internet options->in the general tab click on delete files, select to delete all offline content.
