Question: How can I close Deriv trading accounts permanently?
To close the account you opened with Deriv, go to Deriv’s Official Website, log in to the client portal and go to “Deactivate account”.
By proceeding with the option, you can close your trading account.
Before requesting to close your account, make sure to close all your open positions and withdraw all the funds in your trading accounts, including DMT5.
To withdraw funds from your account, go to the fund withdrawal section in the client portal.
