There are several ways to open a new chart:

1. Select “Trade” in the main menu and choose “New chart” option from the context menu. In the opened window select the instrument, the chart of which you want to be displayed.
2. Right-clik on one of the trading instruments in the “Market Watch” window, select “Chart” option from the context menu and choose a timeframe in the pop-up menu.

If you don’t see the symbol you are looking for in the “Market Watch” window, please follow the instructions specified here.
