As a Confirmation method with FBS, you can choose either “Email” or “SMS message”, and the default setting is “Email”.

This “Confirmation Method” is used when FBS needs to confirm your requests such as chancing password, making withdrawals etc.

To change the “Confirmation Method”, please follow the instructions below.

1. Login to FBS’s personal area.
2. Go to “Profile Settings” in the box next to your name.

3. Go to “Customize confirmation settings” section.
4. Choose either “by e-mail” or “text message(SMS)”.

Please note that you cannot choose “text message(SMS)” unless your phone number if already verified.

In order to verify your phone number, you will need to receive SMS message from FBS after requesting for it from the Personal Area.
