Question: How to fix "No Connection" error on MT4 and MT5 trading platform?
If your MT4 or MT5 trading platform shows”No Connection” error as below, that means your platform isn’t connected to correct server and not getting any price quotes.
To fix this error, please re-login to your trading account to setup a connection.
In order to login, you may need to select one of the trading servers displayed as specified when you opened the account.
Alternatively, you can also type in the following IP addresses to directly connect to FBS’s trading servers.
For real account: 88.85.67.6:443
For demo account: 88.85.67.7:443
If you cannot connect to FBS’s trading server either way, then you may also check if you are typing correct Account Number and Password. (both are capital sensitive and no space is included)
