Question: How to logout from FBS's Personal Area(client portal)? There is no option for that.
In FBS’s Personal Area, you can do anything regarding deposit/withdrawal, internal transfer, account opening and etc.
So you may want to make sure that no one else is able to access your Personal Area at any time.
To logout from the Personal Area, click on the green box right next to your name in the Personal Area and select “Log out” in the drop down menu.
Checking out the login history
If you think that there is a suspicious movement on your accounts or personal details, you can check the login history from Personal Area.
FBS Personal Area records all IP addresses which is used for logging into your account.
To check the login history/IP addresses, click on the green box next to the name in the Personal Area like before, and select “Login history”.
All the IP addresses and the Login History will be appeared as a list.
You can also check the IP address of yours, simply by searching on google.
If someone else is still logged in to your Personal area at the same time, there should be more than 2 status online.
Restricting IP addresses
To secure your Personal Area even more, you can even limit the IP addresses which can be used for logging in to your account.
To do that, please go to “Profile Settings” in the dropdown menu.
At the bottom in the page, you will the option of “Access Protection”, where you can set up another password/code to login to your Personal Area, and limit the IP addresses.
