You can simply send an email to XM with documents though, otherwise you can upload the documents in XM’s member area.

To upload documents and verify your account, please follow the instruction.

1. Access to the “Members Area”

Login to XM’s Portal

2. Go to “Uploads Documents”

3. Upload copied documents

You need to upload two types of documents to verify your account which are:

1. ID – A color copy of valid passport, driver’s license, identity card etc
2. POA(Proof of Residents) – A recent utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 6 months etc
