Question: I can not trade in XM Zero account on MT4/MT5. All symbols are grayed out.
With XM Zero account, you can trade currency pairs with ” . ” at the end.
For example, “EURUSD.” or “USDJPY.”.
Your platform maybe showing symbols which are available for trading with other account types.
In this case, you can find the list of the available instruments as follows.
- Right click on “Market Watch”
- Select “Show All”
*If prices or charts are not updating, you need to login to your account first.
