Question: I requested for a Withdrawal but nothing happened yet. What should I do?

If you’ve not received your withdrawal within the estimated time, please contact EverFX immediately.
You can call them or email.
In the meantime, you can also take one of the following actions as relevant:
- Credit card: if seven business days have passed since your request for withdrawal, please send them a copy of your card statement for the last ten days so that they can contact the card processing company to provide you with an acquirer reference number (ARN).
- Bank transfer: if ten business days have passed since your request for withdrawal, please send them a copy of your bank statement for the last two weeks so that them can investigate the issue and provide you with a copy of the bank transfer swift.
- E-wallets: if three business days have passed since your request for withdrawal, please send them a copy of your transaction history for the last three days and they can investigate the issue and give you a copy of the transaction confirmation.
