Question: I'm a traveler and don't have a fixed address. How can I validate my XM account?
To validate your account, it is mandatory that you provide two types of documents.
- Identification Document
- Proof of Address
The proof of address needs to be issued in last 6 months and confirm registered address.
Once you can confirm your address with a POA, you shouldn’t be having trouble withdrawing funds even if you travel around.
