Question: My server name is not in the list in MT4. How to solve it?
You can find(add) new server names in MT4 by below instruction.
If you are provided with an IP address instead of a server name, please type in the IP address within the “server name” field to login.
1. Go to “File”→“Open an account”→“add new broker like….”
2. Type your broker’s server name, and click “scan”
3. All the relevant server names will appear in the list
*You can also reinstall the MT4 from the broker, so the server names in the MT4 will be updated.
*If you cannot login to your account with the login credentials which is given by your broker, you need to contact the support desk.

In case you are still having trouble finding the server name you need to used to login, please contact your broker.
