What happens if my XM account balance is Zero?

Even if a live account has zero balance, it will remain available as it is until the account holder requests it to be closed.

There is no fees charged to the account with zero balance.

Please be advised that your personal information will stay with XM even if you decides to disable all your live accounts.

If the account balance is below zero (negative) due to trading results, XM will fix the balance to zero.

The service is called ‘Negative Balance Protection’.
