Question: What is 'DST' in Forex market? What does it mean?
DST stands for “Daylight Saving Time” and it is also called “Summer Time”.
DST is for advancing clocks during summer time by one hour.
Normally, Forex markets follow the DST in New York, and the time in MT4 follows GMT+3(+2).
MT4 (MetaTrader4 trading platform)
The server time is very important while trading as it affects the time of ‘Overnight Swap Charges’ and ‘Market Hours’.
