The PIN code is the code you will see in the screen when you have first time registered with FBS and it is shown only once.

For security reasons, FBS does not send any password or PIN code via email or phone, so you have had to save the information when you have registered with FBS.

The PIN code is used when you manage your funds(deposit/withdrawal) and other necessary situations.

How to recover the PIN code?

you can recover the PIN code from FBS’s Personal Area.

Go to FBS’s Personal Area

To recover the code, please follow the instruction below.

1. Login to your Personal Area

you can access to the Personal Area from its official website.

2. Go to ‘PIN-code recovery’

You can find the option in the dropdown menu when click in the box right next to your name in Personal Area.

3. Type in some necessary information in the box and update your documents

You don’t need to fill in all the field or update documents though, FBS will assess the information and come back to you soon.

You need to make sure that you always save the account information including password and PIN-code and etc though, you can also always recover and change some settings from FBS Personal Area.

You can also open accounts, deposit/withdrawal, internal transfer, reiew trading histories, join promotions and etc in the Personal Area.
