Question: Which regulatory authority FXTM has license with?
FXTM brand includes several companies all over the world.
As an international Forex brokerage firm, these companies are regulated and licensed by the authorities of the region.
FXTM brand’s licenses are FCA in UK, CySEC in the EU, the FSB in South Africa and the IFSC of Belize.
Each trader will be allocated to the qualified company and each company has different license depends on the region as above.
Please note that different conditions may apply to traders from different regions in case the licenses of the companies are different. Especially compensation funds and account opening procedures may have different conditions.
