Question: Why I can't withdraw funds from FXTM Investment accounts?
You can make a withdrawal via internal transfer or an external transfer (credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfer).
Please note that when investors are actively following your strategy, your withdrawal requests will only be processed once all open positions on your Strategy Account are closed.
You can’t immediately deposit/withdraw funds when you have active investors and open positions
This is due to the Investment Coefficient, where Investors follow Strategy Managers in proportion to their equity.
