Tomorrow Friday March 10th is Non-Farm Payroll day and it could prove to be very interesting for both institution and retail investors.
There is virtual agreement that the FOMC will announce a 0.25 bps interest rate rise next Wednesday March 15 following yesterday’s strong U.S. ADP private jobs report which showed and extra 298,000 jobs compared to expectations of 184,000.
The median forecast of economists polled by Reuters is for the Non-Farm Payroll to rise by 185,000, however, there is significant risk to the upside following yesterday’s big rise in the ADP report.
