The Demo account is completely risk-free as you can’t lose real capital, but you can definitely use it to practice or improve your trading skills.
During the online registration, you must go through the “Appropriateness Test”.
With the Appropriateness Test, Capex places you in a certain leverage category, allowing you to trade according to your knowledge in CFD trading.
The Company is obliged under Applicable Regulations to obtain information about the Client’s knowledge and experience in the investment field so that it can assess whether the service or product envisaged is appropriate for the Client.
Fund Deposit and Withdrawal with Capex
There are various fund deposit and withdrawal methods available with Capex.
The available funding methods include Bank wire transfer, Credit/debit card, Neteller, SafeCharge, Skrill and Trustly.
CAPEX does not charge any deposit fees.
If you have made a deposit in a different currency from the one that your investing account is denominated in, you may be required to cover any commissions or other charges which were applied for the currency conversion.
You can withdraw your fund at anytime, provided you meet Capex’s standard regulatory requirements.
To open a withdrawal request, you have to log in to the website with your credentials, click on the “Withdraw funds” button and follow the indicated steps.
To provide the safest trading experience possible, funds will be released via the method by which the payment was originally submitted.
In certain cases, CAPEX may require from you additional documents in order to ensure the success of the specific payment.
Any withdrawal request is processed by Capex’s finance department within 24 business hours (not including the weekends).

Verification Rules when depositing funds
All deposits made to CAPEX must originate from your own sources.
In addition, the payment method used must be registered in your name.
When depositing funds into your CAPEX account, the payment need to originate from a payment account that is in the same name as the account holder of the CAPEX investing account.
As part of the regulatory requirements and in order to abide by anti-money laundering laws, CAPEX is obliged to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the funds deposited into your account.
In order to do so, if you deposited by Bank Transfer, you may be asked to upload a photo/scan of proof of payment or a recent bank statement.
In case of Debit/Credit Card, you may be asked to upload a photo/scan of your card, recent credit card statement, or a document from the bank.
For alternative payment methods (e.g. Skrill, Neteller etc), you may be asked to upload a print-screen in order to confirm your account ownership.
