Promotion conditions

1. The «Mercedes from FBS» Promotion is held by FBS (hereinafter – the «Company») during the period from 06 March 2017 to 12 May 2017 11:00 MetaTrader time.
2. The Promotion is open to all the company’s clients, regardless of their country of residence, who have passed an identity verification procedure in their personal area.
3. The Promotion is open to all types of accounts except for MT5 accounts.
4. The Promotion has the following prizes: one Mercedes GLA car, ten iPhone 7 smartphones, and one hundred branded unique-design T-shirts.
5. To participate in the Promotion, a client must make a lump-sum deposit in the amount of $1,000 or more, and trade at least 5 lots*.
6. For every 5 lots, which have been traded on one account, the client receives a unique code that participates in the lottery.
7. The number of codes per account is not limited.
8. Several accounts of the same client can participate in the Promotion provided that a lump-sum deposit in the amount of $1,000 was made to each of them. The number of traded lots is counted for each account separately.
9. The Winners will be determined on 12 May 2017 live on YouTube, and the winning participants’ codes will be selected randomly by an automatic draw machine.
10. By agreeing to participate in the contest, the client gives their consent, in case of winning, to: an interview, a video interview and its subsequent publication in mass media; as well as to the use of their photographs and last name by the Company for promotional purposes. All copyrights to such promotional materials will be owned by the Company. The Winner of the car also undertakes not to remove branding from the car for 6 months from the receipt of the prize.
11. The Prizes are delivered within three months from the date of the official announcement of the Winners.
12. The Prizes cannot be obtained as a cash equivalent.
13. The car’s color and configuration are selected at the Company’s discretion.
14. In case of absence of a Mercedes GLA at the authorized dealer centers in the Winner’s country of residence, a different car model can be given as the main prize.
15. The Winner is responsible for all the expenses related to the car registration, as well as preparation of all necessary documents and buying a car insurance.
16. The Winner will be invited to receive the main prize in the capital of their country of residence. The Winner travels to the place of the prize delivery and back at their own cost.
17. The specification of the prizes: the prizes include a Mercedes GLA 250 and an iPhone7 64GB.
18. If the Company suspects that a client violates or attempts to violate the terms of the Promotion, or otherwise acts in bad faith in relation to the Company, the Company has the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the client’s participation in the Promotion and, if necessary (temporary or on a permanent basis ) block the client’s account.
19. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion and stop giving out prizes at any time.

*For cent accounts the amount of lots is 500, and the lump-sum deposit equals to 100,000 US cents.
